A customized session may includes LomiLomi, Shiatsu, Craniosacral, Myofascial Release, Abdominal Massage, M.E.T.A. Integrative Bodywork, mindfulness and guided imagery. Each treatment will address your current needs to best support your ongoing path to health.

Cheryl Higgins
(She/Her/Hers) LMT

Cheryl graduated from Oregon School of Massage in 2015. Her modalities include Swedish massage, Shiatsu, and Lomi Lomi. She has received Mindfulness-Based Massage training through the Hakomi Institute of Portland and is sensitive to the needs of clients experiencing anxiety and grief.

Cheryl creates a safe space for healing the body, mind, and spirit by taking ample time to discuss your concerns at the beginning of each visit.

Cheryl was honored to be awarded the 2023 CommunityVotes Gresham for best massage and spa.
